Financial Guidelines

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment arrangements may be considered based on the number of visit's that may be required to complete treatment or based on the patient's individual circumstances. Payment/estimated co-payments are due at the time the services are rendered.

Please bring your insurance information with you to your dental appointment to expedite reimbursement.

In most instances, we will accept assignment of insurance benefits. However, all charges are the responsibility of the patient regardless of insurance. If your insurance company does not make payment within a reasonable period (30 days) you will be asked to pay the unpaid portion. Any insurance payments received by your insurance at that point will be credited to your account and a refund will be made to you.
Circumstances may arise as they often do; insurance payment delay pending our Dr. notes, additional X-rays, etc. In these instances we will submit the requested information and give your insurance a reasonable length of time to make payment.
